Visits are allowed during visiting hours . For NRI families visiting during a trip to India, your C Medical Admin or Psychologist will coordinate to make sure the visit is well-timed and meaningful for your parent.
Every family has access to a dedicated WhatsApp group with daily updates, photos, and care notes. Your Care Manager is your single point of contact and is available for scheduled calls or ad-hoc conversations whenever you need.
Goa’s monsoon is intense, and we are prepared for it. Medical supplies, indoor activities, and emergency access routes are all in place. Your parent’s daily routine continues through the monsoon without disruption.
Our Goa team speaks Konkani, Marathi, Hindi, and English. For elders who are most comfortable in Konkani or Marathi, this matters.
