Allocation Of Care Giver
The operations team will understand requirements and find suitable Care Giver matching to family requirements.
Video Interview
The operations team will arrange a video interview with Care Giver and if the Client provides go ahead then plan for Registration and start of service else provide another option.
Registration
The service manager will create a Care plan after discussion with the family. They will do physical or virtual visits based on COVID-19 situation. The service manager will explain the Care plan to a care giver, and the service will begin.
